Rock Out- 2011 So Far
Crowbar- Sever The Wicked Hand
When the first song of this new album leaked online the entire metal community literally shat themselves. Crowbar have always been at the forefront of the best mix between sludge, doom, stoner and traditional riff rock. Really, in my book no one does it better. After about a 100 listens, this album still sends shivers down my back. I’ll go as far as saying that this is the best album Crowbar have ever written.

Great list. I sent in some late submissions and most were already covered in here.
Saw Soundgarden w/Queens a couple weeks ago and was blown the fuck away at how amazing it was. They got rid of the crowd pleasers right off the bat then continued on with a heavy pummeling. I could go on and keep the drool flying about each of these choices but I’ll save it. Nice work!
